ABOUT US.
Move & feel better than ever before.

Movement4 was started in 2019 by Jackson Lennan. After working as a Personal Trainer for 12 years and under his own brand of Lennan Fitness for 9 years Jackson felt he no longer wanted to fit the mould of the current ‘fitness’ industry and made the shift to identifying as a Movement Coach under the banner of Movement4.
At Movement4, we provide a safe and accessible environment for members to learn and practice PAIN FREE movement through a range of disciplines. We keep you moving with intention and direction, regardless of your current fitness level. Education is key to this process, that’s where real change happens.

Throughout the course of her teaching career, she crossed paths with Jackson - her now mentor and coach. After finishing her Movement Mastercourse with Jackson in 2021, she has now started to incorporate different movements and strength training to compliment her yoga practice as well as share her knowledge to help and inspire others.
