How Do I Get Started?
01. Schedule Your First Consultation
You’ll have an introductory call with our head coach to discuss your goals and any specific health considerations.
02. Book in your fundamental sessions
These are 2 x 60 minute private sessions with one of our coaches to ensure you are educated and confident to start in our group classes.
03. Begin Your Journey
Start in our weekly classes and/or your private sessions and start to see and feel the benefits!

Pricing
Fundamental sessions: Once off charge of $148
Base Membership: $55pw (this gives you access to our 2 masters specific classes – Tuesday & Thursday @ 10am)
Hybrid 1 Membership: $149 – Access to group classes as well as 1 x private coaching session each week as well as our recovery facilities of ice bath and traditional sauna.
Hybrid 2 Membership: $229 – Access to group classes as well as 2 x private coaching session each week as well as our recovery facilities of ice bath and traditional sauna.

What if I don’t have time for workouts?
Our program is designed with your schedule in mind. Workouts can be done in as little as 20 minutes, at a pace that fits your life. Plus, we offer flexible options so you can stay on track without stress.
